コミュニティフラグにより「新規ユーザー _____ がサイレント状態に」というPM/メールを受信しましたが、そのようなフラグは表示されていません

Just recieved an email/PM that a new user was silenced because of flags but no flags are showing. We also review all new users posts and none of their posts have been approved, so wouldn’t have been flagged by anyone.

The new user _____ was automatically silenced because multiple users flagged _____ post(s).

Please review the flags. If _____ was incorrectly silenced from posting, click the unsilence button on the admin page for this user.

This threshold can be changed via the silence_new_user site settings.

They are silenced, but it’s showing the reason as:

This user is silenced.

Reason: New user typed too fast

(But there’s nothing in their profile and no posts of theirs in the review queue)

This was reported in Reason in the email sent to moderators when a user is automatically silenced not always correct too
