Our discourse site is hosted on AWS. Last December, we moved the whole instance to a new VM. Doing so, we lost our traffic data. We thought we could spin up the backup on a subdomain, say test.ourdiscourse.blah, but that only saved the other analytics data, not the site traffic… Any idea how we could recover those missing data? They were crucial to publish our performance report to our sponsor, that sponsor being NASA… [Screenshot 2026-01-20 at 11.04.58 AM]

Hmm. That data is in the database, so I don’t see how it might be missing–everything else is as expected?

I assume you see the same data in the ‘site traffic’ report at /admin/reports/site_traffic. Do you see more data when you view the report about ‘Legacy consolidated pageviews’ at /admin/reports/consolidated_page_views?

Same for both. no data. [Screenshot 2026-01-20 at 5.53.15 PM] [Screenshot 2026-01-20 at 5.54.16 PM]

‘Consolidated API requests’ is a different report than [imagem] Moin: ‘Legacy consolidated pageviews’

I think that solved it, I see the data when going to /admin/reports/consolidated_page_views [Screenshot 2026-03-21 at 12.01.05 PM]
