Recover site traffic prior to AWS server migration

Our discourse site is hosted on AWS. Last December, we moved the whole instance to a new VM. Doing so, we lost our traffic data. We thought we could spin up the backup on a subdomain, say test.ourdiscourse.blah, but that only saved the other analytics data, not the site traffic… Any idea how we could recover those missing data? They were crucial to publish our performance report to our sponsor, that sponsor being NASA…

Hmm. That data is in the database, so I don’t see how it might be missing–everything else is as expected?

I assume you see the same data in the ‘site traffic’ report at /admin/reports/site_traffic. Do you see more data when you view the report about ‘Legacy consolidated pageviews’ at /admin/reports/consolidated_page_views?

Same for both. no data.
