I think that’s the js.themes.only_admins text/warning. Do you have any issues with any of your custom themes or components?
No issues whatsoever. I have the update notification for Google analytics in the admin panel but nothing else

Did you end up resolving your issue in the end? 
I think we may have a fix for this: 
Hopefully that should at least reveal the rest of the warning.
