@jamie.wilson did we regress on encoded URLs in oneboxes? I remember you mentioning it somewhere on the last updates…
I don’t think it’s a regression (or, at least, a regression that I’ve introduced recently). It is very closely related to other URL encoding stuff I’ve been looking at, so I’ll get some PRs in place for this today.
I believe reddit links generally are working (see the shouldercat above). As @falco pointed out, the link that @terrapop posted has a bunch of Unicode characters in it and this is what’s causing the problem.
Once the following are both merged in (and onebox gets a version bump), the original link should become onebox’able.
