Remove Name Suppression on Posts

[ggurbet (Gökhan Gurbetoğlu)]

I know this is a bit old but just to give a heads up, this does not seem to work anymore. Looked at the code of the core suppression feature but I am not sure about the mechanics here:

@/app/assets/javascripts/discourse/app/lib/plugin-api.js

disableNameSuppressionOnPosts() {
  disableNameSuppression();
}

@/app/assets/javascripts/discourse/app/widgets/poster-name.js

let sanitizeName = function (name) {
  return name.toLowerCase().replace(/[\s\._-]/g, "");
};

export function disableNameSuppression() {
  sanitizeName = (name) => name;
}

Also, by default it is installed as a theme instead of a component. Do you have any ideas?
