Whislt is not being a massive problem it still seems strange. After you issue an official warning in the post admin actions menu the option to add staff colour is still available. When you issue a warning, staff colour is automatically added therefore you cannot add or remove it. From my perspective it is usless to have it there and to a new user using Discourse potentially confusing?
