this is useful if the site has no moderators
If enough people flag a post, it will be handled even with no moderators around.

but if a person swears obscenities while others do not mind, but against the creator of a topic
If moderators don’t care that someone is cursing the OP you need to leave this community.

IMHO if anyone is to be Judge, Jury and Executioner it should not be a topics OP but the forum’s Moderators.
As posted by others, Discourse already has adequate ways of dealing with objectionable content.

Indeed.
We have a member who flags any reply to her topics which she doesn’t like as Spam. These are not offensive posts; just people disagreeing with her. Imagine if she had the power to simply delete them all.
