You can do this in https://YOUR-FORUM/admin/customize/email_templates/user_notifications.account_exists under any email which has brackets in their subject line. Just clear out the brackets.

Finally, found it under

“All site settings”

. Then, search for

“Email”

That’s it. You’ll find the color heading and link color as well as the subject heading in the list of email settings.
