As I understand, links into the same category will be cooked with page title and all links to other restricted areas will be rendered just with plain URL, which, most of the time, includes the page title in a URL-friendly way anyway.
Add a site setting which enables rendering of full URLs, containing (most of) the title, with page name and short URLs (/t/id/) without.
