„replace“ 명령이 작동하지 않습니다 (discourse-docker)

nginx 헤더를 설정하는 중( discourse-docker Env)에 문제가 발생했습니다.
세부 사항은 다음과 같습니다.
저희는 포럼을 구축하기 위해 GitHub - discourse/discourse_docker: A Docker image for Discourse · GitHub 를 사용하고 있습니다. 현재 보안팀에서 “Strict-Transport-Security” 헤더 정보를 추가해야 한다고 했습니다.

“templates/web.ssl.template.yml” 파일을 확인하여 다른 줄들을 삭제하고, 아래 줄들만(파일 전체 내용) 남긴 후 컨테이너를 빌드했지만 헤더가 추가되지 않았습니다. 같은 문제를 겪으신 분이 계신가요?
