Replied by mail from Outlook 2013 doesn't remove previous message

I have just installed Discourse and I’m having the exact behaviour that was posted on https://meta.discourse.org/t/email-replies-from-outlook-not-stripping-out-original-message/21075.

I used Outlook 2013 in spanish.

I can send the exact mail sent so you can analize it.

I tried replying with HTML and just text and in both cases the same happens.

This is with an HTML mail:

This is a plain text mail:

This happens with non-english gmail too.
