Requested url error in 'Get a user by id'

I was trying to get user details by following this docs (Discourse API Docs ), but getting this below error in postman console.

Note- id variable has got proper value and api key has set to all users and global values so I feel problem is not with these things.

Kindly help me out to resolve this issue.

What Api-Username are you using? Even with a key that can be used for any user, you need to select one which has the relevant (admin) access.
