Ho refactorizzato questo componente per farlo funzionare di nuovo e ho fatto in modo che utilizzi maggiormente il comportamento nativo del composer anziché fare affidamento su un popup

This component wasn't working, so I've updated it to use the composer service an… d a custom component. This allows it to be a little more dynamic as well.
Now on edit, the relevant users will get the exposed edit reason and a disabled save button:
If they click the disabled post button, the edit reason input highlights and gives a little shake
When the edit reason is added, you get a green check and the save button is enabled again
