Ich bin mir Ihrer genauen Situation nicht sicher, aber Sie möchten möglicherweise einfach die S3-Uploads deaktivieren, das Backup erstellen, wiederherstellen und sie wieder aktivieren. Das hat mir schon oft geholfen.
