Use case: Only allow trusted users who I see fit, able to upload files directly; the rest, unable.
What problem does that solve? Are other users able to include images that are hosted elsewhere and will then be broken images an your site?
It would be something applicable given my unique community/user base.
Giving the uniqueness, you will have better chances funding a custom plugin at the marketplace.
