Since Horizon is now the default theme installed when you start up a new Discourse instance, is it time to retire or maybe rename the Site feedback > Theme feedback category focused on the previous default theme?
Noting that there’ve been a couple other topics taking feedback on Horizon, I don’t know if you’d want to open another category or not:
I don’t remember Meta branded being the default theme for new installs. Quite the opposite: it’s not shared publicly but is explicitly for this forum. That’s why I think it fits very well into the feedback category of this forum, in contrast to official themes which have their own tag and use the normal categories.
That is good feedback! I have removed that category for now. It was intended for feedback on the theme we use here on meta when it was launched several years ago now already. We can always spin up a topic or category again when we want feedback in the future.
In the meantime, If you have feedback about the themes available here feel free to spin up a topic here in Site feedback.
You might have noticed that we trimmed back the list of available themes. This will make it easier for us to maintain them!
For now it’s just the meta branded theme plus the two options that shop with diacourse, horizon and foundation.
Where did you move the topics? I wonder if they lost context because the category was the indicator that the reports were about that theme?
I moved them to Site feedback tagged meta-theme-feedback.
So, you are stopped testing the form template feature? I think that category was a good place for testing that, and it was one reason to create a separate category.

Good point - I just saw potential for confusion as the description was something about “our new default theme”. I didn’t mean to introduce more confusion. 
No worries! I’m glad you started this topic because it helped me to realize there’s a category I can get rid of.
The meta branded theme tracks very closely to foundation.
I did notice – I’d been using vanilla Air, and suddenly it disappeared and I had the looming yellow balloon of Meta Branded 
(I’m now trying Horizon.)
