Hi all,

Wondering if there is the ability to add certain users to a list whereby when any user on that list tries to post, their post has to be manually approved first?

There is the Force specific users through moderation plugin. Otherwise only the opposite is possible, you can select groups whose posts do not require approval and the posts of everyone else need to be approved.
