Great I was just annoyed by the warning that disabling STARTTLS would not be required, while our SMTP server does not offer STARTTLS at all (implicit TLS only). So now, with DISCOURSE_SMTP_FORCE_TLS=true set, STARTTLS is disabled implicitly?
