Have you tried the Linkify words in post theme component? I think that has extra regex capabilities compared to Watched Words.

The Discourse Affiliate plugin supports Amazon and the French site ldlc.com, if it’s something generally useful a PR is always welcome. If not, you might use this plugin as a reference to what you want to accomplish.

That’s not enough to debug. That will (should?) match a google URL, but what are you trying to replace? [immagine] Linkify Words WORD, https://destination.url.com or using regular expressions (in JavaScript implementation ) with the format /regex/, https://destination.url.com

I’ve made some progress on my end, it seems that there could be a conflict with the enable markdown linkify setting. This setting has the advantage over the component. I’ll let Camille dig into it, but it may help resolve this issue

Mmm so maybe the easiest solution is to fork the Discourse Affiliate plugin and add my custom affiliate links.
