أعتقد أن السبب هو أن Ember.js يمرر انتقالًا غير مكتمل عند تحديث solved، ولكن الطريقة التي أجرينا بها الانتقال لم تكن أنيقة جدًا أيضًا. لقد وجدت حلاً للمشكلة وأصلحت خطأً أساسيًا أيضًا:

A more involved transition / redirect was happening which sometimes
made Ember … think it was an incomplete transition and threw an error.

It was impossible to select the 'all' filter for categories that have
the defau… lt list filter set to 'no subcategories'. This happens because
'/all' was not appended to the URL and in the absence of any list filter
('all' or 'none'), the default list filter ('none') was automatically
selected.
