After scrolling down to the bottom of the post, the posts seem to scroll up and down without any user intervention. Its quite hard to explain so I have attached a screen recording of it. Current build: 2.8.0.beta10 (23b75d8a2b)

Can you try in safe mode? Is this limited to a specific theme/plugin?
