This happens to me mostly on my tablet, but it can also be reproduced on my laptop. After using the back button of the browser while search was open, every click/tab opens/closes the search. On the tablet, that results in scrolling becoming very annoying. Reloading the site is the only way to stop this, I have found so far.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click on the icon in the header
2. Type “testing” and press enter to search
3. Click the button for full-page search
4. Click on the first result
5. Click on the icon in the header
6. Use the back button of the browser
7. Click anywhere (you can do that several times)

Confirmed, this is quite annoying, I think there must be an event we are not properly cleaning up when we hit back.
