When a new users confirms their account they get sent to a 404 deleted topic.
How would I send them to a specific topic?
Using the AI tool, it said to go to yoursite/wizard to set a new destination topic, but there is no option under that.
Just want to send new members to a welcome topic with all the info they need.
I don’t think that is what happens by default. How did you configure that? Do you use SSO?
I didn’t configure anything. I just signed up a test user to go through the flow and cross check everything. Received the confirmation email, clicked the link, brought to another scrren to conform the account. Did that. Then sent to a default topic that I must have deleted because it’s a 404.
