컨테이너/app.yml에서 사용자 지정 Docker 네트워크 설정

안녕하세요,

아래 예시와 같은 커스텀 Docker 네트워크 블록을 Discourse 설정 파일(container/app.yml)에 추가하는 방법을 알고 싶습니다.
./launch rebuild를 실행한 후 컨테이너가 실행될 때 "my-network"에 연결되도록 설정하고 싶습니다.
