Like an earlier poster, I’m hitting these errors:
/discourse failed with the error "dispatch_failed"
What might I be missing? I double checked the information that I’ve pasted screenshots of below.
Are there debug logs available for this? I checked Error Logs in Admin, and also sudo ./launcher logs app.
Please let me know what additional info I can provide to help debug this. Thank you!

@stanislaw after you first asked and David responded, I implemented threaded replies, with David’s advice.
At work, we use slack a lot. There’s some content that needs to be accessible on slack but should be organized and searchable, both of which I’ve seen Discourse shine at. We’ve tried a few wiki-like options and they all go stale, in part from lack of connection to slack. So I’m driving an evaluation of Discourse to run in parallel to and connected to our existing slack, since I already run a community Discourse forum.
That topic shows how to configure it.

This would make it easier to follow/track and not get lost here.
I would have moved the post to a new topic for you, but seeing as you have feature requests and a question in the single post, I’d have to edit and create something new to move it, and I don’t want to do that.

Can’t subscribe to messages in a sub category by subscribing to the parent
This may be by-design, but it wasn’t obvious at first. I have parent categories with child categories under them. I expected that if I created a rule that filtered “All posts and replies” to the parent category that it would implicitly include each of the children categories as well. Discourse post command only works in one channel
Now, this is likely my fault, but I can’t figure it out, I’ve been through all the threads on the topic, and I’d love some help. I’ve checked and doubled checked the permissions of my Slack app and I can confirm that it totally 100% works… in only one of my channels!

Hi, I was running into this same issue (after following the steps exactly).
The thing that I was missing was enabling the top level chat integration plugin:
Enabling this got the integration to work as expected.

What is the best way to set the bot to send Slack notification for ALL posts/replies in the forum?
Currently it seems that first you have to add all different topics separately and it still doesn’t work if someone posts in the subcategory of those topics.

A really odd thing happens when chat-integration is paired with DiscoTOC - automatic table of contents (cc @Johani )

قد يكون من المفيد القول إنه إذا تخطيت قسم أوامر الشرطة المائلة وعدت لاحقًا لإضافتها، فسيُطلب منك تثبيت التطبيق مرة أخرى لسبب غير مفهوم، مما يؤدي إلى تعطيل المكون الإضافي للدردشة ويظهر لك خطأ الإرسال.
لذلك، إذا عدت لإضافة أوامر الشرطة المائلة، فتأكد من إضافة الرموز والمعلومات الأساسية مرة أخرى في لوحة الإدارة.

لدي سؤال حول الأذونات./discourse post بنفسي فقط بصفتي مالك مساحة عمل Slack. بمعنى آخر، لا أريد أن يرى المستخدمون الآخرون تطبيق Discourse Integration App، أو إذا رأوه، فلا أريدهم أن يتمكنوا من تشغيل /discourse post. هل هذا ممكن؟

على حد علمي، يبدو أنني بحاجة إلى إعداد كل فئة فرعية بشكل منفصل في Discourse التي أرغب في نشرها على Slack.
بمعنى آخر، لا يمكنني فقط تحديد الفئة الرئيسية ليتم إرسالها إلى Slack ثم أتوقع أن يتم إرسال جميع الفئات الفرعية لتلك الفئة إلى Slack أيضًا.
يبدو أنني بحاجة إلى إعداد كل فئة فرعية بشكل منفصل. هل هذا صحيح؟

هذا الفلتر يعمل فقط إذا كان المستخدم ينشئ مشاركة جديدة بهذا الوسم. إذا تمت إضافة الوسم إلى موضوع موجود، فلن يتم تشغيل الإشعار.
