Lately, we are moving topics around as our members are learning which topics belong in what categories. When we make posts edits we know we can click the i icon and include a reason for the edit. But for category changes, there is no option (that I’m aware of). Could there be, or should there be an option to include a reason for the topic change so it can be shown on the /admin/dashboard/moderation page for more transparency among staff?

There is an option. Edit the first post in the full editor.
