Show sidebar to anonymous user + Welcome area in central theme

How can I show the sidebar to anonymous visitors?
Also, how can I remove the welcome field in the header area of the central theme?
There are boxed categories on the homepage of the central theme. how can I remove this? Can I show categories and recently opened topics side by side in the central theme as in the Discourse default theme?

How can I show the sidebar to anonymous visitors?

sidebar shows when not logged in in desktop. I think mobile view isn’t fully supported yet. The theme is tagged as experimental .

Central is best experienced on desktop via Chromium browsers. Mobile and tablet versions will be developed later.
