Are there some ways we can add a direct link to the sign up box or show the sign up button on mobile?
Some new visitors are typing in ‘sign up’ in the forum search (on their phones probably).
I’m looking for some ways to make it a bit more obvious & more straightforward than the current 2-step click Log In -> Create New Account.
There isn’t room for two buttons on mobile, so there’s just the one. You can customize the text of the button to something like “login/signup” to make it a bit more obvious.
It’s not exactly what you’re looking for, but there is a welcome gate plugin that shows a configurable pop up modal to ask for a signups.
