Sidekiq heartbeat test failed in build 3.6.0 beta 2

After updating today to the build 3.6.0.beta2-latest (bf4d07a89c) I noticed this error in the logs. This is the first time I’ve ever seen this error. The last time this error was reported on the forum was in 2020.

How can I debug this further? What can cause this and what’s the impact? Everything appears to be running at the outset.
