静默链接似乎无法处理#锚点链接

我们使用了这个新功能——静默链接（silent links），参考 Disable notifications for watched words link

如果我添加一个静默链接，它就不会跳转到正确的位置。
例如：
https://meta.discourse.org/t/-/93648#hello-world-remote-12?silent=true

不使用静默模式时，它能正常工作：
https://meta.discourse.org/t/-/93648#hello-world-remote-12

是否有可能添加一个功能来处理锚点链接？

我不确定该放在 Contribute > Bug 还是 Contribute > Feature 板块，但我认为这个功能主要是为了重定向到帖子，而不是帖子内部的锚点，所以我把它放在了 Contribute > Feature 板块。

请注意，我的实现中有一个小故障：?hello=1\u0026silent=true（多参数）可能无法正常工作，但我实在想不到需要多参数支持和此功能的合法用例。
