Would it be possible to slightly enlarge the input field for tags on the tags page so that the German text is also displayed on a single line?

So it looks like this without manually resizing the input field?

I hope it’s okay to report this in the same topic. It’s about the same place in the interface, so I thought it might make sense to add it here.

I noticed that the “Create” button is quite far away from the input now.
