Running Discourse 3.4.0.beta4-dev (5bc7371192).

When deleting a user some HTML tags are visible on the Delete and <b>block</b> this email and IP address button:

Seems to be a duplicate of this one:

I’m using 3.5.0.beta1-dev and noticed that the delete user modal shows HTML <b>block</b> for the delete and block button. [This image shows a confirmation dialogue box asking if the user wants to delete another user, with a warning that the action is permanent and discussing the preferability of anonymizing users instead.
