部分图片无法从远程下载？

There are two issues I’m having here:

  1. Imgur images appear broken in this post but will show up for about 30s when I perform “rebuild html”. Then they break again
  2. Shouldn’t these be downloaded to local anyway? I notice a similar issue in this topic with other posts

It could be why the images aren’t showing up. I’m not seeing that error code though? And also it doesn’t explain why the local copies haven’t been downloaded in the ~1 year the Discourse instance has been live?
