Our users point out a problem in converting Unicode emojis. when we send 
emoji with the phone keyboard and send the message, 
emoji is inserted in the instead. Also, when we insert the 
emoji as Unicode, the 
emoji will be replaced.

Once https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/11412 is in tests-passed, they should both be fixed (I fixed the other one weeks ago).
