Our users point out a problem in converting Unicode emojis. when we send
emoji with the phone keyboard and send the message,
emoji is inserted in the instead. Also, when we insert the
emoji as Unicode, the
emoji will be replaced.

Once FIX: do not replace smiling_face by slight_smile by jjaffeux ยท Pull Request #11412 ยท discourse/discourse ยท GitHub is in tests-passed, they should both be fixed (I fixed the other one weeks ago).
