Sometimes it hangs non responsive, especially when prompted things like “Hello” “are you here?”. I’m using gpt3.5-turbo free account, is there a throttle on this kind of setup?

There were some outages on the OpenAI API this week, and the bot will be unresponsible during those times too https://status.openai.com/.
That said, if you see any non-timeout errors in the logs please open bug reports with it’s backtrace.
