I’m a new user and I’ve been trying to create a new topic on the Open AI community forum for 3 days, but the button to create a new topic simply doesn’t appear for me. I’ve already contacted several moderators and the chat, but nothing… does anyone know if there’s an issue?

I cannot reproduce this - I have an existing account that shows the new topic button and I also created a brand new test account that also shows a functioning new topic button.
Please try contacting the admins and moderators again on their forum, perhaps your account needs further approval or verification.
Try an incognito window. You may have an extension that’s interfering with discourse.
