Experiencing the same issue. Mail-test gives me 10 of 10 but still no luck landing emails to @aol, @msn, @hotmail accounts. I have the free plan with sparkpost + I paid for a dedicated IP. This usually means the IP is burned. Mail delivery relies heavily on the reputation of the IP the mail is coming from.

Thanks @codinghorror (long time no see, would love to catch up sometime soon). I’ll try a few other providers with dedicated IPs and report back if I have any luck!

Do some research. As I already told you, those are all one provider, and that provider is notorious for blocking emails.

Now in hotmail, live, outlook, the email is not classified as spam, just not gmail.
