Is it expected behaviour that staff cannot post blocked words in a post within a topic or a personal message?
Typically, no… staff are usually immune to limits like this, but that also sometimes leads to confusion as in “oh I set a limit and tested it but it’s not working…” so there is not a perfect answer here.
