the counter link to the deleted posts from the top of user profiles appears to be broken on my site. it shows a blank page. same in safe mode. flagged posts and warnings counter links are working as expected.

repro:

  1. have staff level role such as moderator
  2. go to a user’s profile page
  3. try to access the deleted posts list via the counter link at the top.
