So it’s clear, our company is Civilized Discourse Construction Kit and we develop the Discourse open source software that AssociationSphere hosts for you.
On meta, we or other community members can help you with specific questions about how Discourse works, guidance on settings, or help with problems encountered with standard installs, but we cannot provide any technical help or understanding for how AssociationSphere has configured your forum.
We have literally no access to their systems, nor any idea about what they’ve done.
Once you can get into the admin interface for your forum, wherever it is, we can help you understand if you have any questions.
