First, I would check the logs to see if there are any entries explaining why the email wasn’t sent. You can find them at YOURFORUM/admin/email-logs/skipped.

This feels like an issue with the email configuration on the forum. Do you know if your forum is hosted by Discourse, the company? If yes, we can help troubleshoot fairly easily. If no… you need to see if email has been configured properly on your Discourse instance.

Sorry, I assumed you were an admin of the forum. You need to be an admin of the forum to check the logs.

I think it’s hosted by Discourse but I’m not sure – we are brand new to all of this. We are customers of AssociationSphere but they keep referring us to the Discourse forum for support… the loging screen does say Discourse, I believe.

I am an admin. Maybe I was in the front end… let me try the back end.
