Stopping my Hosted Accounts, Getting full information in case I want to restart

Hi,

I want to stop my two hosted forums that I have with you guys at the end of the month. What is the best way to do this, and to make sure I have a full backup of the forums (and information on what version, etc. so I can recreate the forums if I want to at some point in the future.

My two forums are:

1. https://forum.schizophrenia.com
2. https://family.schizophrenia.com
