If the person who created a plan were to become long-term unavailable is there a way to have arranged a successor who can adopt full admin rights and possibly full ownership rights?

The free plan allows 2 admin accounts, so the smoothest way to manage this would be to have a second admin assigned as soon as it makes sense.
It’s very unlikely that we’d hand over admin rights to any site without discussing the situation with the admin that created it… it’s the sort of complicated support situation we’d like to avoid on free hosting.
