It’s quite old and shows an interim result of the development of the the tag synonym feature. But it’s the only video about tag synonyms I know of

bulk select all the #tag topics, append #tags, and then delete the #tag tag. Alternatively, you could make #tag a tag synonym of #tags so they would all be grouped and displayed together
