I believe this already exists? Have you tried reviewable claiming in the admin settings?
Ooh that’s handy, thanks. It would be useful to have a ‘claimed by’ dropdown in the right hand sidebar on the review page to filter by. Could also be useful to be able to assign claims to additional moderators or a staff member other than yourself?

They do sound like good additions for busier sites, especially ones with larger moderation teams. There’s a semi-awkward split between reviewable claiming being a core setting and Assign being a plugin but I wonder if there’s some middle-ground in there somewhere, or if it’s just semantics? (ie. a ‘claimed’ reviewable is already ‘assigned’, just not in the Discourse terminology way)
