随着我们在 Namati 法律赋能网络中逐步采用管理员标签将 Discourse 用作工单系统，我们正面临每个主题最大标签数量的限制。我们喜欢默认每个主题 5 个标签的设置，以防止成员过度使用标签，但工单需要 3 个标签（工单、优先级、状态），这仅剩下 2 个标签可用于其他标记。
我的建议是添加一个管理员设置，允许将标签组中的标签排除在此限制之外。或者至少将员工标签排除在此限制之外。
I can see the value in having 2 settings, one for “message tags” and another for “topic tags”.
At the moment we are not hitting this issue at all cause we only seem to need 1-2 tags on our messages cause we use assign/archive for status assignment.
