Hi! So we have a support mailbox and those people are in the support group. We also have people who handle certain issues or problems. For example, when a support request comes in for “I need a new invite”, we have one or two people who handle those. Then perhaps there is a request for “I want to change my Nickname” and we have someone who handles those. Then there is perhaps a request for “I want to promote to the next level” and we have someone who handles that, etc.. etc… As a very busy community we get LOTS of support requests. I’d like to find a way for those who handle the support mailbox to “archive” or “hide” requests that are not theirs to handle so their mailbox isn’t filled with things that aren’t theirs and they end up missing one that is theirs. All our people are volunteers and come into the community when they can. After reading through here it sounds like if someone would archive a request that is not theirs to handle it would archive it for everyone, even the person who is supposed to handle it but hasn’t come online yet to check for new messages. Is there a way to allow that person to archive or remove those messages from their view so they don’t have it filling their inbox and scrolling through/past it when it is not theirs to handle but still have it visible in the support box for the person who will handle that message when they come into the community?
