I added the subscriptions plugin a few days ago and someone subscribed but it does not reflect on the “Support Us” banner where it shows the amount raised. The person was automatically added to the group though
Steps to reproduce:
Someone subscribes
The banner should update(but it doesn’t)

@blake any ideas here?
Just confirming this is using features directly built into discourse-subscription, can you expand on how you set this up.

I noticed it took a little while and it got updated. Test Stripe account. Yours never updates?
Correct, this was an actual subscription on a production account and the payout is already sent from Stripe. The bar still has not updated

For the “Discourse subscriptions campaign product” Site Setting does your id match the id in your product url?
To find the product id, go to your products page
Then click the edit button for your campaign product
and in the url of that page that will be the product id to add to that site setting.

It was a different product ID, I entered the proper one and the recent contributor shows but the price doesn’t update(or the number of subscribers)
